As our business has grown, we have been able to respond quickly to the changing needs of our customers. One request we heard over and over again was for end-to-end production. So we responded. You can now work with us on all aspects of jewellery production in-house, and we can facilitate the aspects of the process which we can't preform ourselves, like Hallmarking.
1. 3D Design and Printing
We work directly with designers and founders to ensure design ideas are in a form that can be manufactured reliably. Everything from turning sketches into models, advising on an existing idea, or trouble shooting and problem solving how something will be produced more than once. We see the design process as a critical shared part of the design process and aim to support your creativity with practical solutions.
We offer CAD services, working with designers at all stages of the design process. We can offer guidance around structure, thickness of materials, and detail when deemed helpful. This may involve developing new models, reviewing existing files, or making adjustments to ensure reliable casting.

2. Casting
Send us your CAD files, or your hand-carved wax masters, however your piece began, we are delighted to bring it to life through casting. We work only with responsibly sourced materials and are transparent about how metal is selected and used. We see casting as an integral part of the making process and help you make decisions that support quality, consistency, and efficient use of materials.
We work with both vulcanised and silicone moulds and help you select the most appropriate option, always with a focus on consistency and longevity. Mould making can support designers looking to move from one off pieces into repeat production runs, and we offer guidance around limitations and next steps too.
We provide a diamond and gemstone cast-in-place service and an 'own gold' casting service, enabling our customers to create their masters freely and to use their customers gold in remodels and redesigns.

3. Post production and finishing
Once casting is complete, we can provide finishing services to the level that feels right for you. This might be as simple as sprue removal, casting clean-up, or a full polish and finished pieces. We are happy to be flexible. We can offer stone setting in-house and can arrange engraving too. Whether you prefer to finish work yourself or have pieces returned ready to wear, we can help you choose an approach that fits your schedule and workflow.

4. Hallmarking
For a fee we will prepare and send your pieces to the London Assay office, or whichever office you are registered at, for Hallmarking. This saves you time and money on postage.
We are always listening to our customers and working with them to improve their experience of working with use so if there are aspects of the production process that you are struggling with or need advise on, we would be delighted to chat with you about how we can help.
