3D printing supports accuracy and reliability within our casting workflow.

Alongside standard wax, we mostly use EasyCast, a high wax resin and photopolymer material developed specifically for investment casting. While technically demanding, the high wax content of EasyCast allows for clean burnout and predictable results.

This supports detailed designs and reduces any casting defects, making cleaning up quicker and more efficient.

When repeatable production is needed, we offer a mould making service.

We work with both vulcanised and silicone moulds and help you select the most appropriate option based on the design, level of detail, and intended use. Options are discussed clearly, with a focus on consistency and longevity.

Mould making can support designers looking to move from one off pieces into small production runs, and we offer guidance around limitations and next steps.

Casting gemstones and diamonds in place

Although it can be a tricky process we have spent a long time perfecting the process of casting stones in place in your wax masters. This is not a guaranteed service, there is always a chance stones could move or be damaged. Stones can crack, break, or disappear if they are too fragile or have existing inclusions. Please ensure you do not use gemstones which are likely to crack under heat (less than 8.5 Mohs scale) to avoid issues during the casting process.

Casting with clients own heirloom gold

We know there is a huge demand from consumers to reuse and repurpose their own family or heirloom gold to make new bespoke commissions. We are proud to be able to offer this service to our customers. The gold pieces provided must be Hallmarked and of the same carat.
